Return Window

To be eligible for a refund:

• Proof of purchase or your original order number must be provided.
• The product must not be intentionally damaged, modified, or misused.
• Return authorization must be obtained from The Mind Clay Studio before returning the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable content
• VIP Club Membership fees that have already been billed
• Customized or personalized products

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Mind Clay Studio is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

Refused Deliveries

VIP Club Membership Refunds
